Sexton Design and Development provided Landscape Architecture Design that include a planting plan that meet all Anderson County’s requirements, regulations and landscape specifications. The landscape plan include buffers, parking lot plantings and additional plantings such as building foundation plants.

The intent was to maximize the existing facility as much as feasible. Special care was taken to select low maintenance and hardy plant material to accommodate the uses of the facility. The plant palette is well adapted to the climate of Anderson with low water requirements to help insure the viability of plant material. Hardscape design include patio design, plaza design and other site amenities.
